Garike Hullina/Doob/ Bermuda grass Tambli

For Summer this is an excellent recipe it is cooling. Keeps eyes cool.


Garike Hullu\Doob\Grass - handful
Fresh Curds 1/2 cup
hasi khara (Green chilli paste)- 1/4tsp
grated coconut -1tsp
to temper rai-jeera garlic curry lvs

Clean the grass and grind with water extract juice seive
 using this juicebeat curds add fresh grated coconut (if you dont have fresh ie you have 2-3 days old kept in fridge then grind coconut pieces with a little warm water and use this).
Temper using the ingredients given add green chillipaste fry for 1 min and switch off stove..when cool add it to grass+curd mix before serving add salt mix well and serve with rice or just drink it as it is..

  2. Never heard of eating garike hullu...:)..I am really surprised VJ :)..I do not get garike hullu here..otherwise I would have surely tried :)..

      Darbe or garike used for Ganapathi puja if you get this there you can use..
