Khara Avalakki

Here Again this is the one I got inspired from Sias post... Thank You Sia.
Original recipe

3 cups of thin Poha/Avalakki/Beaten Rice
Salt to taste
  For Coconut Mixture:
 Grated freshCoconut, - 1 cup
 Onion finely chopped  - 1 medium sized
  Coriander/Cilantro - leaves 1 tbsp chopped

To temper:
 Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
Urad Dal -1 tsp
Peanuts - 2tbsp
6-8 RedChillies  preferably mild flavoured
Hing - 1 pinch
Few Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Oil
 Salt to taste

  Mix the grated coconut and finely chopped onions and coriander leaves,  together
  Heat oil and temper with given ingredients one by one lastly add salt mix well and add this to coconut mixture mix well now add the poha and mix well let it sit for few minute before you serve...

I am planning to do variations to this by adding grated carrots , cucumber....
I used 1 crushed garlic instead of hing in temper...
